On the base of contract with our clients we are providing a complete bookkeeping. Its accuracy and completeness is fully insured. Particular conditions of the cooperation are determined after a close consideration of our client's needs and with respect of their business range and its structure. As an optional service we are able to provide also an archiving of accounting in accordance with actual legal regulations.
Our client gets a reports and financial results as required for its frequency and structure, to have a detail data for a proper business management. On the base of our experience, this kind of evidence allows our client's managers a full concentration for their primary objectives and business activities, while the collateral administrative activities are done by the sub-contractor on the highest quality level and with full insurance of all risks.
In accordance with the requests of our clients we can also manage a bookkeeping provided by their own staff, which will make a predefined operations in accounting system supplied by our company. Then the data are sent to us for final processing and inspection. There is also a possibility to make a remote administration to the network system of our client to make a remote data inspection and processing which are not done by our client's staff. In accordance with requests of our clients we are also providing the accounting services or the inspections at the company headquarters or branch office by our own staff.
